Error ‘blocked:csp’ using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and EJS

You are chugging along, writing a server side application, for me using:

Node:    12.19.0
Cors:    2.8.5
Helmet:  4.2.0
Express: 4.17.1

Everything goes well until you refresh your app and it fails to load a linked image, and upon inspection you find something that looks like this!
